Eyes Wide Shut: Keeping my head above water

March was one mother of a month... Seriously! It has had more ups and downs than a rollercoaster and for the most part has really not been fun.

Some high points of the month:

  1. Discovering I really really like Regina Spektor’s music
  2. The Criminal Minds mini marathon that I set up for myself last Sunday
  3. A very fun party that I went to in Hebden Bridge last week
  4. The awesome business cards that I recently designed for myself
  5. The fun I had recording Sugar-coated (the final mix is pretty damn awesome!)
  6. The dream I had last night about touring with 30 Seconds to Mars – it was so cool

Some low points...

  1. The fact that I had a melt down at work last week and ended up crying for most of the
    morning (not a good day)
  2. I was low on money for most of the month, which was greatly depressing, and quite difficult
  3. I cut the top of my leg quite badly by being very clumsy and now I have a scar
  4. Two very rude and horrible phone calls from an insufferable person (seriously if you have
nothing nice, constructive or relevant to say – shut the hell up!)

Well at least the high points out list the low... Generally though, March was a month of mishaps, and stressful situations – peppered with some happy moments.

I am glad to see the back of March, roll on April - Birthday month J Yay!
